This page explains the general scope of Lightning VIP health coaching, what coaching is designed to provide, what it is not designed to provide, and the basic boundaries that apply before a formal coaching relationship begins.

Health coaching is intentionally separated from medical care so the right expectations are clear from the start.
Non-medical service
Health coaching is a non-medical support service focused on behavior change, lifestyle guidance, habits, supplements, and natural wellness follow-through.
Virtual-first format
Coaching is designed to be delivered primarily through virtual communication, including video sessions, digital follow-up, and structured written guidance.
Not a substitute for treatment
Coaching does not replace diagnosis, prescriptions, hormone replacement therapy, emergency care, or other clinical decision-making.
Scope of coaching
Lightning VIP health coaching is designed for clients who want practical help following through on healthier routines, improving lifestyle consistency, supporting natural wellness goals, and applying non-medical guidance in real life.
Coaching may include support around nutrition habits, movement, recovery, sleep, stress management, daily structure, supplement guidance, mindset around follow-through, and related wellness behaviors. Specific recommendations may vary by situation and should always be understood as non-medical guidance.
Coaching is not medical diagnosis, medical monitoring, clinical treatment, prescription management, or a substitute for seeing a licensed provider when medical care is needed.
What coaching does not include
These boundaries matter because coaching is meant to complement good decision-making, not blur into medical practice.
No diagnosis
Coaching does not diagnose disease, interpret medical emergencies, or determine whether you do or do not have a medical condition.
No prescriptions or HRT
Coaching does not include prescription medications, hormone replacement therapy, controlled substances, or other prescription-based treatment decisions.
No emergency or urgent care
Coaching is not designed for urgent symptoms, emergencies, or time-sensitive medical decisions. Those situations require appropriate medical care.
Client responsibility and fit
By requesting or participating in coaching, clients are responsible for using reasonable judgment, sharing accurate non-medical background information relevant to the coaching process, and seeking appropriate licensed medical care when symptoms, risks, or health changes require clinical evaluation.
Not every person will be a good fit for coaching at a given time. Lightning VIP may determine that another service path, a licensed provider, or a higher level of care should come first before coaching is appropriate.
Communications and materials
Coaching communication may include video sessions, email, text-style follow-up, and custom documents such as wellness notes, supplement guidance, or accountability plans. Availability, frequency, turnaround times, and the exact structure of support may vary by package or agreement.
General website inquiries do not create an active coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only after fit is reviewed and the appropriate intake, consent, payment, and agreement steps are completed.
Payment and agreement boundaries
Submitting a coaching interest form does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or availability. Coaching packages, pricing, payment timing, cancellation terms, and communication expectations should be governed by the specific agreement or offer accepted by the client.
Website language about coaching is informational and may be updated over time. The signed coaching agreement controls the active relationship if any conflict exists.
