Health Coaching
Non-medical wellness coaching, built for real life.
Virtual health coaching for clients who want practical support with habits, routines, accountability, and general wellness education — without presenting coaching as medical care.
Health coaching is available nationwide. Medical services currently operate in Nevada only.
What It Is
Health coaching is behavior-change support.
Coaching helps clients turn wellness intentions into realistic routines through goal setting, accountability, reflection, and practical follow-through. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret labs, or replace care from a licensed medical professional.
Focus 1
Habit Support
Support around the patterns, decisions, and routines that shape daily wellness: sleep consistency, stress habits, movement follow-through, hydration, and general food awareness.
Focus 2
Client-Led Goals
The client sets the direction. Coaching helps turn the goal into manageable action steps, track what gets in the way, and make adjustments without turning the session into medical advice.
Focus 3
Virtual Accountability
Structured support for clients in different states who want encouragement, organization, and follow-through without receiving medical diagnosis or treatment.
Coaching supports wellness habits — not medical decisions.
This is a non-medical coaching. Any concern that requires diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, lab interpretation, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, or supplement recommendations should be handled through the medical consultation.

For people who already know healthier patterns matter but need help making those patterns more consistent in a real schedule.
Fit 3
Clients who prefer non-medical guidance

When To Choose Medical Care
Some concerns need a licensed medical appointment.
Coaching is not the right first step when the client needs diagnosis, prescriptions, lab review, hormone therapy decisions, weight-loss medication, chronic-condition care, or disease-specific nutrition guidance.
Medical First
Start with medical care if…
- Symptoms need evaluation.
- Labs need clinical review.
- Medication decisions are involved.
- Hormone therapy is being considered.
- Weight-loss medication is being requested.
- A chronic condition is involved.
Coaching Fit
Use coaching if…
- The goal is general wellness habit support.
- The client wants accountability.
- The client wants non-medical education.
- The client wants support following through on routines.
- No diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or lab interpretation is being requested.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Is health coaching medical care?
No. Health coaching is non-medical behavior-change support. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret labs, or replace care from a licensed medical professional.
Can coaching be offered outside Nevada?
Yes, when it stays within non-medical wellness education, accountability, and behavior-change support. Medical services through Lightning VIP currently operate in Nevada only.
Can coaching include supplement recommendations?
No personalized supplement recommendations or supplement plans should be provided through the coaching page. Coaching may include general education and questions a client can take back to a licensed medical professional.
Do you create meal plans?
No disease-specific meal plans or medical nutrition therapy should be offered through coaching. Coaching may support food journaling, general healthy-eating awareness, and consistency with client-led goals.
Can coaching help with hormone symptoms or weight loss medication?
Hormone symptoms and weight-loss medication questions should be handled through a medical appointment. Coaching may support general routines, but it should not be positioned as hormone treatment or medical weight-loss care.
What if I am not sure whether I need coaching or medical care?
If symptoms, medications, labs, chronic conditions, hormone concerns, or disease-specific nutrition needs are involved, start with the medical appointment. If the need is general wellness accountability and routine support, the coaching form may be appropriate.
