Dr. Alexandria Lightning is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 11 state licenses and the visionary founder of Lightning VIP. Her approach is shaped by advanced clinical training, lived experience, and a commitment to care that does not feel rushed or generic.
As a breast cancer survivor and former COVID-19 ICU provider in the Bronx, she brings seriousness, empathy, resilience, and perspective into the way Lightning VIP serves patients.

It was founded and is clinically led by Dr. Alexandria Lightning, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. The practice provides primary care, weight support, hormone support, and functional medicine, with both in-person and telehealth visits. Medical services are available in Nevada only.
