Weight loss
The weight loss panel is just $50 cash and covers everything your visit requires: CBC, CMP, lipid panel, TSH, HbA1c and fasting insulin.
Insurance
In-office draws are for cash-pay panels. Using insurance? Request a lab order requisition and we'll email it to you to take to the lab.

Memberships
Lightning Prime (Essential) is $89/month and Lightning Plus (All-Inclusive) is $159/month. Both include your annual physical, and after you enroll you'll schedule your free onboarding virtual visit.
Annual visit
A one-time annual physical for $275. No membership required.
